We are the Hamburg Chapter of YPO - Young Presidents' Organization, a global leadership community of chief executives. Our members lead significant organizations and value curiosity, confidentiality, and contribution. We welcome prospective members primarily from the greater Hamburg metropolitan area — and from elsewhere when there is a meaningful Hamburg connection.

- Age: under 45 at time of admission
- Company revenue: ≥ USD 15 million annually
- Employees: ≥ 50 full-time (or annual payroll ≥ USD 2.5M)
- Active Role: President / Chairman of the Board / CEO / Managing Director / Managing Partner / Founder

Soft Expectations
- Peer fit: constructive, curious, and committed to learning
